This song is so very true. I was sitting here listening to it and decided i wanted to post it and put a little something on the end here.
I believe in God, i really do!
Being a pastors kid i've seen alot that goes on behind the scene of church and "christianity" the so called christians. I've been hurt by them, personally. I went through a time where if thats who christians were and what they did then i didnt want to be one of them. So i fell away, but hid it good.
The verse says it all:
He said man I've been to a church
I've been lied to, judged and hurt
All I saw was guilt and hypocrisy, why believe?

Well I've been where you are some yesterday, but today,
I believe
when you see people that act like that, you didn't meet My God, the one thats full of love, compassion, and grace.
He is the reason im writing this right now, God's arms are always open and I ran back to him with the hurt and everything that went with it. Im serving Him and Trusting Him to lead me in what comes in my life. No matter the circumstances.
The last year has been hard with just life in general. At discipleship camp this past week we had a lot of good speakers. Guys, pastors, church people that acted out what they said they were and challenged us to do the same.
We're here to make a difference in the world not just watch it pass by like i did for a year, a year i wish i could take back so i can grow in my faith not just stay the same and fade some like i did, but everything happens for a reason.
My favoraite quote of the week which im going to live by is
"Never look back, always look forward to God and you won't fail!"
Good words right there! The biggest thing that you could do that will help you so much in your walk is another quote from sr. high that is very important.
"The most important thing to do is fall in love with Jesus"
Falling in love with Jesus was the best thing i ever did and im going to keep it that way, He's number one in my life.
Im headed to bethany bible college tomorrow morning and im super excited to see what God has in store for me. Im going for christian education so i can be a teacher and help kids and teens out that have yet to go through what i already have. Hopefully i can help them out in life and encourage them in Christ.
I have a lot of support to go on and pursue my dreams and follow God in all i do. A lot of kids dont have that so hopefully i can be one that encourages the younger generation thats coming up! In ending this i just wanna finish it with my favorite verse.

"For I know the plans for you, "declares the Lord," plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, "declares the Lord" and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all nations and places where I have banished you, "declares the Lord" and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile."

one more try..

ok so i know i said i wasnt gonna do this thing again but rachel n stef-on kept asking so this is my final try if this gets deleted in some stuiped gay way no more! lol but yeah ok so theres been alotttt goin on exspecially after that last blog but ill just write about whats commin up n only a lil bit behind me so ok uh...choir started and ended :( but it will start back up in jan im so excitedd that was such a fun semester i cant wait to see that dvd!! ok so for everyone who doesnt know jonn and ryan are making a dvd of werid random stuff n something on that dvd would be me n becky "rapping" the rap that our lovely friend mick taught us :) on the way home from a game that was extremely fun because after it we went christmas caroling with my yg n yeah goodtimes...then after singing and freezing our butts off comes the movie chronicles of narnina that we went to n saw n jonn aj mike mr lasala stefan his rents my fam beckers mick n emily so yeahh..hahaa the fawn (pedifile)*cough* oh man love u guyss so yess..then the next day we had a game..that we WON yay! we are 2-0 in our league thing!! and thats all that matters not those other practice games we've had :p so yes if you didnt catch it basketball season has started YES!! its pretty awesomee..we finally have some snow n so snowboarding has started for me to!! its like soo much funNn i loOve itt!! minus the pain ive been feeling :p ben goodtimes lol u watchin me fall...alOt then u fallin cuz u were waiting for me haha yes goodtimes..so it is the eves eve of christmas and therefore almost BOSTON!!! yay im soo excitedd for boston its gonna be sooo much funn..i love youth conventions with a bunch of people that i know from like camp n stuff ahhh so happpy if ya couldnt tell so yesi have a small feeling this is gonna be an awesome year for me...and i cant forget booster at bethany bible college haha sosososo many goodtimes exspecially rachyrachygiljamers being here a whole weekn maybe more the 13hr trip up n back n goin horsebackriding before we headed to bbc i love you rachal :D so yes ifyou would like to read more about booster go to her blog she has alot more detal lol uh...i guess that sums it up for me for now and if you cant quite understand this well im sorry but its me :p so yea im out for now...SeG

sUmMEr 05 take 2

ok well i the first part of my summer is up so i guess the next part comes but it kinda sucks cuz today i had to start school...funstuff...butt ne way i was looking at my last posts and it was b4 we went out for my dads bday so yeah long time ago now but vbs went pretty good had the sr.s reatreat man i miss you guys!! it was fun gd times then d-camp omgosh it was sOoo sOoo gOod! the teaching and the games ahhhh :) it was my fourth yr so we were "locked" into a building and we talked about important stuff for 6 hrs 3 in the morn and 3 in the afternoon but it was good i learned alott it was niice to see my camp friends again to hannah aly alyssa rachel jeremiah jake and the list could go on forever! haha but ill stop there-the third day we had hog time hr alone with God we did 3 hrs but it went really fast i didnt even realize it was over so yeah deff good if u havent done it u should deff try it! then after that we went on a "missions" trip. we repackaged frozen strawberries it was intersting but i had fun doin it and even tho we didnt really "help" anyone we did in a way cuz now ppl will be feed and we helped! its awesome so yeah that was about it then my youth group stays an extra day just to hang out and stuff and laura and kt were there omgosh gd gd times with you girls!! <33>

ahhhh i hate blogs!!!! i had this HUGE thing writtin out and it got deleted and i dont even remember what i said excpet whats up there arggg yeah sry rachel i think im done with the stuiped blogs.....SeG.....

sUmmEr '05

heyy all!..whoever reads this thing anyway. summers been fUnN! camp omgosh soo much fun miss ya'll and love ya'll sOoo much. family camp great memz popper and besty! screwing my knee wasnt great then at sr high killing my foot--both still freaking hurt--but yea it was all good sr high was so extremely good-God is aMaZing- on belay Jesus my life is in your hands- the band Kurios was good ...bbc...oh my word BUFFALO WINGS!!! haha yeah camp was pretty much the best ever that was the first part of summer then we went to cAnaDa!! whoooo so much fun-i love my family! my cousin got married..jumped off a bridge!..went camping froze at nite but was extremely hottt during the day course we were tenting so yea we went to magic mountian its gotta huge water slide got pics if u wanna see em ask i got some of us jumping off the bridge to. went boating w/ my uncle which course had to have tubbing!! and diving off the boat also went mini golfing w/ alotta family after that went to sky high the movie about superheros in the high school in the sky but yea it was interstingly good i had a greatt summer but i did miss my bball ppl so we deff gotta get caught upp..workin vbs this week at my church and diff things this month ill update this after im gonna go cuz its my dads bday and were goin outtt :D im out bye.....SeG.....
